Steven Kozel is an executive assistant at Bellwether. Previously, he served as executive assistant to a variety of leaders at RSM US LLP, Capella University, Sleep Number corporate offices, Haworth Marketing and Media, and Target Corporation headquarters. Prior to his career as an executive assistant, Steven worked 15 years at Marriott International.
Steven holds a CELTA certification from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom to teach English as a second language to adults anywhere in the world. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Metropolitan State University in Saint Paul, Minnesota. While studying abroad in Akita, Japan, he was one of 50 international students in the inaugural class of Akita International University’s Japanese culture and language immersion program. Steven volunteers his time fundraising for the Animal Humane Society of Golden Valley, Minnesota, A Breath of Hope Lung Foundation, and the Alzheimer’s Association branch of Minnesota-North Dakota.

What could be more rewarding than enhancing a student’s educational experience by providing them with necessary resources? To play a small part in the path of securing resources for underprivileged students is the best place for me to be.
