Tina is a fellow at the Harvard Advanced Leadership Initiative.
Prior to this role, Tina was the executive director of Achieve Atlanta, an independent initiative to dramatically increase the number of Atlanta students completing post-secondary education. Previously, Tina was a partner at Bellwether Education Partners, where she co-led the launch of Bellwether’s talent services offerings, including the Talent-Ready Diagnostic and other talent management and organizational effectiveness services. Tina also served as a clinical professor at the University of Texas School of Law, where she was twice named Clinical Professor of the Year. In addition, Tina was the founding director of the school’s Pro Bono Program. Earlier in her career, Tina was managing director of alumni engagement and infrastructure for Teach For America.
Tina currently serves on the board of directors of the Latin American Association of Georgia, Latinos for Education, and Teach For America’s Atlanta regional board. Â She is also a fellow of the fourteenth class of the Pahara-Aspen Education Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
Tina lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband Frank and their two children, Franky and Lucia, who attend Atlanta public schools.
