Background:

Tanvi Kodali is an analyst with Bellwether in the Policy and Evaluation practice area.

Prior to joining Bellwether, Tanvi was a consultant at SquadBuck Consulting where she supported education nonprofits and companies with policy research, development work, and communication and engagement strategies. Tanvi also worked as an operations and strategy consultant in the supply chain industry before pivoting to the education sector.

Tanvi holds a bachelor’s degree in American studies and economics from Wellesley College and a master’s degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education in education policy and analysis.

Why I do this work:

I strongly believe that education is the path to freedom. Yet, ZIP code, class, race, immigration status, and many other factors render that path precarious. I do this work because every child should have access to a paved, safe path to freedom — however they define it.
