Teona (“Tee”) Coleman is an executive assistant at Bellwether supporting the Strategic Advising practice area. 

Tee has more than 16 years of experience supporting C-level executives in an array of industries.  Prior to Bellwether, she served as the executive assistant in the Office of the General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Energy. 

Tee received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Baltimore in business administration and marketing, giving her a strong foundation in business principles and strategic marketing insights. She lives in Maryland and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and going to the beach. 

Why I do this work:

I am deeply passionate about making a difference in the lives of underserved youth. Growing up, I witnessed firsthand the transformative power of education and mentorship, which drives my commitment to helping young people who lack access to proper schooling. I believe that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and achieve their full potential, regardless of their socioeconomic background.
