Bellwether is pleased to announce that Rebecca Gifford Goldberg, Sara Mead, and Xiomara Padamsee are joining the partner team. Sara and Rebecca started at Bellwether in 2010 as associate partners and Xiomara came to us in 2014 from Deloitte. They have led impactful projects focused on college readiness, early childhood education, charter school strategic planning, and other issues. They join Bellwether’s six current partners in leading the organization’s work and strategic direction.
In addition, James Willcox is joining Bellwether as a senior advisor. As CEO of nationally recognized charter management organization Aspire Public Schools, Willcox led a high growth period where Aspire expanded from serving just under 6,000 students to over 15,000. At Bellwether, James will work with our Strategic Advising and Policy and Thought Leadership teams to advise CMOs and school districts and will lead work focused on expanding opportunity for underserved students. James will continue as an advisor to the Aspire Board of Directors. Read more about James and his career and work here.
