Background:
Caitlin Piccirillo-Stosser is a senior consultant at Bellwether in the Strategic Advising practice area and is a former Bellwether summer fellow.
Prior to joining Bellwether, Caitlin worked at The Home Depot Pro as a senior financial analyst on the merchandising finance team. She also interned with Tutored by Teachers, an education technology startup focused on closing the achievement gap with virtual, small-group tutoring. There, Caitlin designed and executed a new, scalable process for teacher payments for the organization’s school engagements.
Caitlin holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and bachelor’s degrees in economics and public policy studies from the University of Chicago.
Why I do this work:
I grew up attending a public school district that often lacked the funding needed to provide critical resources to its diverse student population. I do this work because I want to ensure that all students have equitable access to a great education that can open the doors to new opportunities.
