Background:
Molly Jamieson Eberhardt is a senior associate partner at Bellwether in the Policy and Evaluation practice area.
She specializes in program evaluation, capacity-building, and co-creating right-fit evaluation projects with clients. Prior to joining Bellwether, Molly worked at Results for Development (R4D) for 12 years. She co-founded R4D’s Evaluation and Adaptive Learning practice area to help organizations test and scale educational programming using mixed-methods approaches to monitoring and evaluation — from rapid prototyping to randomized controlled trials.
Molly was a middle school math teacher in Philadelphia and the District of Columbia, and is a Teach For America corps alumna. Her experience as a classroom teacher in Title I schools is the foundation of her commitment to studying and supporting evidence-based classroom-, school-, and system-level practices that focus on the most marginalized schools and students.
Molly holds a bachelor’s degree in public and international affairs from Princeton University, a master’s degree in applied economics from Johns Hopkins University, and a certificate in urban teaching from the University of Pennsylvania.
