Background:
Nicole Lucido is a recruiting associate with Bellwether on the Core Operations team.
Nicole brings more than six years of recruiting experience to Bellwether. She began her career in human resource management for Priority Healthcare Group’s Westfield Gardens Nursing and Rehabilitation, where she oversaw the day-to-day human resources operations and recruitment efforts for the 68-bed long-term care facility. She also has experience as lead recruiter at StratComm Inc., where she recruited Verbatim Hearing Recorders for the Social Security Administration to service its Social Security Disability Insurance benefit hearings in all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
Nicole was also a stay-at-home mom midway through her career.
