Why I do this work:
When I was six years old, I set my sights on being a teacher when I grew up. As far back as first grade, I remember storing away ideas in class and thinking, “I’m going to do that when I’m a teacher!” Fast forward to my time in the classroom: While loving every “light bulb” moment with students, I saw that teachers were working tirelessly without connected systems that brought together data, resources, and support. My commitment to education is to build structures that align these elements, so schools and organizations can see what’s working and teachers can spend their energy where it matters most: on young people.
