Background:
Rob Granados is a senior consultant with Bellwether in the Strategic Advising practice area.
His work at Bellwether spans a range of strategic planning, growth, and continuous improvement projects with schools, networks, and nonprofits. Prior to joining Bellwether, Rob received an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business. While earning his MBA, he served as an Education Pioneers Fellow at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where he supported the development of a district-charter compact and conducted a landscape analysis of career and technical education pathways.
Rob began his career as a Teach For America corps member in the Houston region where he spent eight years as an early childhood educator, primarily at KIPP Texas Public Schools. While in the classroom, he supported multiple regional initiatives, including the implementation of a new math curriculum and the alignment of standards across eight primary schools.
Rob holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Harvard College and is an alum of the Latinos for Education Aspiring Latino Leaders Fellowship. He is a proud native of Watsonville, California and currently resides in Los Angeles.

As a first-generation college graduate born to immigrant field workers, my lived experience demonstrates the transformational power of education. I firmly believe that a high-quality education is a means to economic mobility and a choice-filled life. I am dedicated to pursuing educational equity so that people from all communities can reach their full potential.
