Bellwether is seeking 8-10 senior talent leaders and their organizations to join the inaugural cohorts of the Bellwether Talent-Ready Institutes, launching in early 2016. Building on the best of Bellwether’s unique combination of talent, policy, and strategy expertise and deep knowledge of the education sector, the Talent-Ready Institutes provide organizations with the opportunity to invest in talent systems that are critical to effectiveness while providing a professional community for senior talent executives. Initial cohorts will be located in the Bay Area and NY/DC and will include: Bellwether’s Talent-Ready organizational diagnostic and benchmarking, five in-person cohort meetings to learn the best practices of a talent-ready organization, and five months of tailored consulting with Bellwether’s Talent Advising team focused on the organization’s highest priority talent need. The working sessions will focus on each essential part of the talent lifecycle with an explicit focus on diversity and inclusion, effective change management, and implementation. If another geography outside of the listed locations has a minimum of four interested organizations, we will consider launching an additional cohort.
