We’ve been following the developments in Detroit closely for quite some time and are heartened to see proposals that get into the DNA of the system – its governance model. But there are some critical open questions. Here are eight that we hope Snyder’s announcement will answer and which we believe are critical to creating a self-improving system of high-quality schools.
