Supporting Minnesota Educators is a new website from Bellwether Education Partners that delves into findings from a local initiative to reveal broadly applicable lessons on supporting teachers and leaders, in Minnesota and beyond.
The website focuses on key lessons from the Pathway Schools Initiative, a project created by the McKnight Foundation to align and improve pre-K to third grade education in seven participating schools.
Visit SupportMinnEd.org for findings from the Initiative and national resources and research on three topic areas:

Fostering stability among educators and leaders to support instructional and school culture changes;

Building leadership teams in schools focused on improving teaching and learning; and,

Improving training for educators so they have the knowledge and skills to provide excellent instruction for all students.
Key partners in the Initiative included participating schools and districts in the Twin Cities area, professional development providers at the University of Chicago’s Urban Education Institute, and independent evaluators from SRI International.
