Program Evaluation and Learning
This work focuses on generating evidence and meaningful insights that help organizations understand and tell the story of their impact. This work includes:

- Collaborating with funders as a learning partner to clarify goals, understand portfolio-level performance, surface cross-cutting insights, and co-develop strategies for organizational and field-level improvement.
- Leading large-scale, community-based qualitative research to elevate perspectives from educators, families, and young people.
- Translating complex evaluation findings into clear, plain-language summaries, visuals, and discussions that help leaders make informed decisions.
- Designing inclusive engagement opportunities for stakeholders, communities, and young people to interpret and act on evaluation findings together.
Measurement and Continuous Improvement
We build the measurement infrastructure — frameworks, tools, routines, and cycles — that align strategy, data, and everyday practice. We help leaders use measurement as a management tool to guide strategy, resource allocation, and improvement over time. By embedding evidence into regular planning and reflection, we enable organizations to track progress, respond to emerging needs, and stay focused on results that matter.
