This spring, the Supreme Court will decide two cases about religious freedom with potentially big implications for the education sector. In Mahmoud v. Taylor, the Court will decide whether parents can opt their children out of LGBTQ-themed books for religious reasons. And in Oklahoma Charter School Board v. Drummond, the Court will decide whether religious schools can operate as public charter schools.
