Background:

Dwan Dube is an executive assistant at Bellwether and supports members of the External Relations and Policy and Evaluation teams. Prior to joining Bellwether, Dwan spent 15 years in client services at the Monitor Group and Deloitte Consulting. At Deloitte, she provided logistical support for global meetings, travel, and calendar management and worked closely in support of several sponsorships helping organizations to pursue their mission. Dwan has a bachelor’s degree from Pine Manor College.

Why I do this work:

My children have spent six years in the foster care system and I have seen through their eyes how much it means to have the opportunities that other children receive.  With those opportunities, along with hope and love, they will have the successful future they so deserve.
