Grace Heintz

Grace’s background includes 18 years at Bain & Company where she advised consumer products clients on strategy and performance improvement opportunities.  Post-Bain, Grace moved into direct operating roles first at Wayfair where she served as the GM for Joss & Maine, one of the company’s proprietary brands, as well as leading Global Merchandising for the company during her 5 year stay.  After Wayfair, Grace served as EVP Consumer Operations advising Material Technologies on their consumer-focused start-up.

Grace serves on the board of Sweetwater, the largest on-line retailer of musical instruments and pro-audio equipment.

Grace earned her MBA from the Wharton School in 1998 with a concentration in finance. She is also a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, where she graduated with Honors in Economics and a minor in Legal Studies.

In her spare time, Grace enjoys skiing with her husband and two children.
