Pyper Davis is the founder and president of Just Impacts LLC, where she supports executive, board, and philanthropic leaders who are in new roles, facing strategic changes, or leading organizations in transition. She is a proven leader of startups and rapidly growing organizations, with 20 years of C-Suite experience as a CEO, COO and board leader. Pyper also has extensive expertise in strategy and risk management. She brings joyful connection and strategic insight to create lasting change in the world. 

Prior to Just Impacts LLC, Pyper served as the president and CEO at Educare Washington D.C., where she led Head Start provider business from a challenging startup to one with significant growth and sustainability. During her tenure, she worked closely with Educare’s board chairs to strengthen its board of directors membership.  

Pyper also spent more than 10 years as COO of The SEED Foundation, creating the nation’s only network of public, college-preparatory boarding schools. In addition, she spent the first 15 years of her career in the for-profit business sector, working at News Corporation where she reported directly to CEO Rupert Murdoch and played a key role in global TV startups. Pyper began her career as a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley. 

Pyper holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University. She is a Pahara-Aspen Institute Education Fellow and a member of Leadership Greater Washington. She served on the Princeton University Board of Trustees and continues to serve on nonprofit boards. Pyper and her husband are proud parents of two young adults.
